I. REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Surface+ acts as the controller of your personal data and informs you that it will be processed and safeguarded based on the principles of lawfulness, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility enshrined in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

II. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

  • To identify you as a Client and/or Supplier of Surface+.

Surface+ may contract one or more third parties as service providers to support activities for promoting and marketing our goods and services, as well as for verifying the information you provide to us.
